Chef Cesar Goes Back to His Roots
We recently had the opportunity of a lifetime to travel with Chef Cesar Gutierrez back to his hometown of Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX. The intention of this trip was to rediscover his passion for Mexican cuisine after so many years of leading kitchen of various other cultures, and it was about reconnecting with his roots.
What he and our team took away from this trip was all of that and way way more.
